Humans can't do whatever they want. I think that's the biggest problem I have with the tribal subculture (and with modern culture in general). Except the tribals go on and on about how the masses and government and politicians are SOOO bad and selfish because of what they do. And they are. But all the politicians are doing is what THEY want. " ( Read more... )

No one said life was candy and dandy lions.
Life is a battle in which we as individual along with the rest of the world's government deal with day to day basis.
I can't say much as I am an atheist-anarchist I guess. My main focus is to do good onto others, watch my back, and always stay true to myself and my feelings.
I could try to make a difference but without recognition. I can only take care of myself and help others who surround me.

Life doesn't have to be fair.... I don't expect that. But this mindstate that is hurting me so, is directly reflective of why there are so many things wrong in the world. And it's an ugly mindstate. And, while I won't leave due to what I want not being in the world, I might due to what is in the world. Not now. I won't act on undefined emotions, but I may just come to a level headed conclusion at some point.

the thing about people is this:
we can rationalize anything.
ANYthing.
And with the PC movement, people are so afraid to say that anyone's culture is flawed, things are really going down the tubes.

Humans have the capability to rationalize anything.

That's what I'm talking about.

And so they have to choose to recognize that power, and not do it. And be honest with themselves and others.

Most don't.

The be here now / ME here now... "if it feels good do it"... it's simply too alluring to someone who is not willing to try.

It's always nice to know there are others out there whose thoughts and feelings can resonate with your own. That's why I make music actually. ;)
