i want to loose 10-15 lbs by the end of october....... i need any suggestions that are easy fast and painless.. the only one i can come up with is not eating.. and i think i may have to do that soooooooooo yeah if u know of any easier ways lemme kno

school is alright the freshmen royal SUCK this year tho they suck big super duty ass

work is alright and
friends are cool

i hate cheerleading b/c my squad is gay.

hmmmmmmmmmmm and this has officially been the best week of summer.....ever :) except today word of wisdom when you go to donate blood and they tell you not to drink any alcoholic beverages for at least 4 hours after..
