GOOD NEWS FRIDAY
Good News Friday: I did not fall asleep on my way into work today.....Stopped at the rest area on the Pike and purchased a RockStar and a Starbucks Double Shot (the large size) i may never sleep again, but i have another Rockstar stashed away in the fridge for lunch

Just took a test
I just took a how old are you reallllly test. Even though chronologically I am 57 years old this test said i am really 50.7 years of age.
What habits do i have that make me old....driving to fast and talking on the cell while driving. Not doing enough cardo (i go to the gym 4 days a week, give me a break) and i drive tooooo far.
