My last day at Applebee's was Sunday, and that was pretty exciting. I ended up hurting my foot/ankle region by doing nothing more than STEPPING DOWN, and went to the hospital, where they gave me a brace, crutches, and slightly amused looks. I moved into my new house, and now I have my puppy. She's the most adorable thing in the whole wold, ever. She's also monstrously big.

I'm officially a cook at Applebee's. I work Mid (the flat, griddle-like thing), and I burn myself a lot. I also prep. Actually, I mostly prep, but that's okay. I like it that way better ( Read more... )

I just talked to someone I haven't seen for years and years-- Monique Henninger. Apparently she works at Flying Pie, where Sarah (my best friend growing up) works. Okay, right. I haven't posted in almost a month. Here's what's happened since then:

-Trip to Seattle was amazingly awesome.
-Started work at Applebee's. Yay waitressing!
-Went to Boise.
-Got my puppy.

Dan just dropped me off-- I got home all safe, and I'm sure he will too. We had an amazing time in Seattle. SOOO many good things, only one even semi-bad thing (something in the hotel water *we think* gave me a rash... I'm.so.itchy) More on all of that later. Now-- sleepytime.

I'm going to Spokane with Katie, for all concerned. This will provide for some re-bonding time, I guess. We'll go, and make merry... or something. I hope this doesn't blow up in my face, but... I have nothing else to do today.

Just took my Stats final. I'm SO glad it's over. I hope I did well enough not to have to take it again, though. :o/

Now, I'm going back to sleep. Screw being up before noon.
