thanks, the video was not shot with my new camera, because I misplaced the charger.

Awesome!

At the beginning, that was probably a dry hydrant. Those are usually sunk near naturally occurring water sources-lakes, ponds, nice high water tables-when there are no pressurized hydrant sources available, such as out in the toolies where you guys are. They have to be primed by the pumper to get water out. It is also possible that they had some sort of manmade resevoir underground that they piped it too, but it's more likely that it just got sunk to the table.
