Breakfast
One of the more bizarre things that I've learned about myself over the years is that I like variety in my breakfast.
Today's sample:
1 cup hot cocoa (TJ "sipping chocolate")
1 sliced pear
~2oz smoked salmon
bowl of optimax blueberry/flax cereal + lactose free 1%.
