haha, go sarah! it's a shame you didnt get to show them any american dancing, those poor russian boys ;) you should bring some home for our dances, since they actually ASK girls.

I can't imagine a dance without AC... although i never think of Russia being that hot. somehow, i have this Dr. Zhivago picture of Russia as all blizzards and big fur hats all year round or something.

Why were they celebrating 4th of July? aside from it being international blowing-stuff-up day. I talked to Jacob about that, he said it's his favorite holiday because he gets to explode stuff. Scary, isn't it?

Anyway, I was glad to get your messages, it kind of makes it like you aren't a bajillion miles away, you're actually just an LJ message away (which is a lot better, let me tell you). And I can definitely say we all miss you here, but I love hearing about your travels, so carry on dahling!

Russian people love techno music. For as homophobic as Russians are, 'm surprised they like such faggy music.
I'm glad you're having a lovely time there.
You should bring me back something!

Hey, Sarah, I figured I'd leave you a short note since you've been gone forever (and I just recently remembered that you'd be updating LJ). Looks like Russia's going well (hope you'll have some good stories when you get back). So basically this is just a big fat cliche message in which I'm expected to make polite small talk about how there's nothing really going on and how I expect that things will get interesting once you get back stateside because you'll have all sorts of interesting shit from Russia. Screw the clichedness.
Miss you, hope to see you soon.
