The interview went really well. I'm keeping my fingers crossed. And we have internet in the new place now, Yay! Now the stupid repair people need to come back like they were supposed to yesterday and today and fix the sink and other things ( Read more... )

i will keep my fingers crossed too!!! Good luck :)

the book is wonderful, (but I definately read it in like 18 hours, which is easy to do) however, there are down times, so if you want to take breaks you can, just make sure you leave a lot of time for the last 200 pages or so)

I'm reading it too, but I'm trying very hard to savor it. I'm always so sad when they end and will be especially sad this time since this is the last one. :( Derick is out of town so it has been hard to keep from reading too much at one time. He comes home tonight.

I am officially done with school!! All I have left to do is study for the RD exam, take it, and get a job. Crazy, huh? I actually have to enter the real world...an exciting, but somewhat scary prospect. My situation is similar to Rachael's. There aren't many jobs out there for dietitians, especially in the public health arena. I did talk to a lady yesterday about a part-time position in a doctor's office that opened a weight loss clinic. I sent her my resume after speaking with her on the phone, so hopefully I will get an interview. Rachael, I hope you get that kindergarten position!!
