what did you say you were at on R&R again. Isn't that like a 40 pound loss? Thats quite a bit in 6 weeks

what do you think you will be by this R&R

on R&R i was 316lbs and last night at the gym i was 281lbs. I am hoping that i can drop another like 11lbs before R&R.
