Sounds of a Storm
While it is still too early in the morning to be able to see out the window, I can hear that it is a good thing that my new rain boots arrived yesterday. Now if I could just get my raincoat to fasten around my middle, I'd be in business for the walk to school. -

I'm sick. And I'm whiney about it. My nose is stuffed up. G. and I have resorted to sleeping in different rooms. Not that I can really sleep anyway. Because I also have to pee every few hours. And I can't sleep on my stomache or my back. But at least that way one of us sleeps ( Read more... ) -

We're putting Kata to sleep this afternoon. I don't think she's in pain yet, but she needs us at home to clean her up (and clean up after her). While this level of care was possible over the summer, it won't be when we have to go back to work. The vet assures us that she doesn't have long left and that much of that will be painful.
