Well- I survived my first week at my new job. It's not too bad. I've been learning about the bond process, which is way confusing at first. I started off just answering phones and filing. By the end of the week I was scanning in new files, running credit checks, and inputting data for new claims. I also went to court to see what a bondsman does. ( Read more... )

Well- I got a got a call last week from a staffing agency I interviewed with in June. There was a secretary/admin clerk position available at a bonds office. They write civil litigation and probate bonds. I never did anything with bonds before but it sounded interesting. Pretty much- It would be like working at my cousin's. What a bunch of crazy ups and downs the past few weeks have brought. Let's see. Work has sucked- hardcore. Sales have dropped. People have become the biggest bunch of losers to be around. So- Last weekend Omar took me out for a ride on his R1 sport bike.... What a rush! Seriously.
