So the Femme and I are now the proud owners of a mortgage that owns a home. It's remarkably clean inside, which is a good thing, and we've managed to tear up a corner of the carpet, and the floors beneath look to be in fairly good condition, so as of now, resurfacing doesn't seem necessary ( Read more... )
