So, I'm perusing my condo insurance coverage yesterday (as I am wont to do) and stumbled across this:

"Outdoor Trees, Shrubs, Plants and Lawns

. . . We insure these items against loss by fire [wood is flammable], lightning [sure -- makes sense], theft [someone steals my 20' maple & you'll cover that?!  OK, but I'm still impressed they managed to pull
