Yesterday:
Get up. Coffee. Two classes. Veggie dog with honey mustard. work from 4:30-7:30. Worked out hard for 10 minutes, lost 130 cals, threw up. Showered. Ate a half buffalo chicken sub and a thing of macaroni salad with 2% milk. [/fat-ass] Tosh .0. Slept with boyfriend.
note to self: eat before working out so as not to feel that shitty ever
