they filed paperwork with the city, and it gotapproval... but none of the ten "cubes" (townhouses) have received any bids, let alone an offer.

we'll see...

Yeah, I think these kind of things tend to crop up from time to time. It seems a bit suspicious that they don't have any floorplans online.

But I imagine it's a bit better than my current apartment, which doesn't even have a toilet you can sit on.
