i plan on losin at least five pounds hopefully by July 14 bc thats when im goin to Chicago to visit Bekah. hopefully i can actually stick to this diet/wrk-out plan.

-so alot has happened, i dont quite understand eveything .. but i refuse to beat myself up over this. im goin to come out stronger, more secure and a happier person :-)
