It really is the middle of October!
So where did the first part of October go? It has been a very busy couple of weeks for me. So here is the news.
Weight Loss: now at 95.5 lbs. I am still losing but it has slowed down some. I need to get back into the gym. My hours at work got changed and this has impacted my gym schedule. I now work 8-5. I know it’s only 1 hour later in the ( Read more... ) -

WOW this week has been really long and very busy! I have been trying to find time to post since Monday.
Sunday was an excellent day. It was weigh-in at WW. I lost 11 lbs last week. Now down a total of 91 lbs. HAPPY DANCE! I have also made a new discovery, I need new bras! Although I haven’t lost a lot of the girls I have lost about 6 ( Read more... ) -
Not a Plateau
I went to my GP Doctor yesterday. Lots of good news. My diabetes is firmly under control. My 30 day average BS level is 88 (normal is 80-105ish), my H1C is 6 (normal is anything under 6.1). I am still taking insulin but my dosage has been reduced down to 20 units a day from 60 units pre-surgery and I am almost entirely off the fast acting ( Read more... ) -

Happy Dance!
I am doing the happy dance! The gym opened last week and I went with Ray on Friday and worked out, then with Peggy on Saturday and worked out. Sunday was WW weigh in and I am now down 80 lbs. On Saturday I went to Fashion Bug Plus to buy 2 pairs of pants. I am now in a size 22 down from a size 28. I am Very Happy with my progress. I am ( Read more... ) -

Oh my goodness it’s August!!! Where did June and July go??? Since it is the first of August and I am still down 3 cases of ceramics, and the GG Faire is only 3 weeks away, I am starting to panic about not having enough product. It's Monday
This weekend was really nice. I managed to sleep in till 10 on Saturday. Got up and did some house work stuff. Went over to Ray and Peggy’s and listened to Deathly Hollows and worked on a couple of ceramic pieces.
Sunday was my natal anniversary. I had a very relaxing day. Ray and I went to WW and weighed in. I now down a total of 77.8 lbs ( Read more... ) -
Weekend
This weekend was excellent. We went to see HP on the IMAX screen. Wow! When can I go see it again? The regular screen will be fine for the next viewing.
On Sunday I was able to get 99% of all my ceramics stuff back into the ceramics room. I still need to do some fine tuning on the room, but it is almost done. I was able to complete the ( Read more... ) -
Mother Scale and Vitamins
Tuesday was my 3 month post op check up. Per the mother scale I have lost a total of 73lbs. 54 lbs. post surgery. This weigh was done at 4:30 in the afternoon so I weighed in about 3-4 lbs heavier than I do at my morning weigh in at Weight Watchers.
The doctor is happy altough he realizes that the weight loss has slowed done a bit due to my ( Read more... ) -

As you can see from the tag line I am whining and I definitely need some cheese or is that dough?
Antioch in the summer is just plain hot!!! At least Ray was able to get my sprinkler system fixed so that the front yard wouldn’t die when the temperatures hit over 100 degrees several days in a row!
