Izaya has severe and long-lasting migraines. They’re getting worse being accompanied by vertigo, motor weakness etc.; the more symptoms and phases included the better. Human heat helps better than drugs (well it's more like those don't help at all) but Izaya would never willingly reveal a little weakness of his… But this OP wants FLUFF so it can't be helped.
This anon is into Shizaya but as long as there's someone taking care of weak and miserable Izaya it's by author!anons chose. Smut is welcomed but not demanded.

This OP isn't just pleased she is totally conquered by your writing, my wonderful author!Anon. You already have her heart, soul and what remain of her brain. This OP just've re-read the story and you should see her delighted face! And it's not only 'cause you perfectly caught her migraine!kink which you did. This is just great how in spite of the crashing truth those painful descriptions possess you somehow don't leave there any place for actual self-pitying for Izaya (and it's so in-character for him!). Yeah, this OP is extremely fond of the way you portrait Izaya (and Shinra and Shizou too). She'd like to say they're all perfectly in-character; but if not (who could confirm) they're portrayed just the way she likes them the most. This OP actually likes - no, loves - all about this story; especially the way her heart misses a beat with empathy one second and the way she smiles and giggles other one. : - )
