I'm a terrible fundraiser, I find it very awkward and uncomfortable. And yet I keep doing it, so bear with me!

This year I'm running as a member of the National Hospice Foundation's Run to Remember team. We're not running to cure anything, we're running to honor those that we've loved and lost and who were aided by hospice workers during their ( Read more... )

hey! i saw you posted about replacing all the cardio with running in P90x. I was thinking of starting P90x and I am a runner, so I would prefer to replace the cardio with this but I was wondering how you went about this? how often did you end up running? And did you mean you replaced cardiox only or just the portions of cardio within the workout?
