So the drains over our living room aren't working. So right before I go to bed I start hearing the tap tap tap tap of waiting coming in from my windows. Lovely.

Oh yeah and I'm the HOA prez. So more work for me no matter what.

So who is going to the last night of Perv at the Ruby? I might just drag my old butt out if I'll actually know anyone there.

Also would anyone want to drive me? My car is in the shop and I don't feel like trying to navigate parking etc in the Grand Marquis. Well Unless I decide to drive there with my pimp hat on.

I know a lot of people of have posting their end of year blogs. I feel really guilty because 2009 has been a pretty good year for me. That being said I'm looking forward to 2010. There is some really good stuff on the horizon. Also for our friends and family who have had tough years. I think things will be going much better for them.

Well the mighty civic has a cracked head gasket. The repair will cost more than I can get for a trade in. I'd rather not try to sell it to a private party in it's state. 12 years old and 195k miles on it.

So I'm thinking of donating it or selling it to a scrapyard? Any ideas? Suggestions?

She finally got over the 2 step barrier. She is still opting to crawl mainly, but she will figure it out at her own pace.

So behold the walking and a head bump. I'm sure there will be many many more of both.

Getting close to finishing up. I have to say we are really glad we replaced the windows.

So we are debating on when to actually move. We are only moving down the hall, so I'm thinking it will only take a few hours. We only need to move a few pieces of furniture. Susannah's Crib, Her Armoire, her changing table, our bed, the dining room table, and one filing cabinet. We do have several shelves etc that we will be taking to Goodwill/ ( Read more... )

Everything is slowly coming together. The Windows are in and it's made such a huge difference. We are looking to paint tomorrow/monday.
