I've been on the south beach diet for a little over a week. I started last Monday. I lost 6 pounds in one week. I can fit into jeans that I couldn't even button. I am pretty excited. I exercise 4 days a week. I start phase 2 of the diet next Monday. My goal is to get down to around 200. I need to lose 22 more pounds to reach that goal
