Everybody is pretty much gone from work.  It's snowing really bad.  We had the option to leave early if we used our vacation time.  Um no thanks.  I'll keep that for myself. 

People  are paranoid about the weather.  Everyone at work is talking about it.  It's a little ridiculous.  People are leaving work early and stuff.  Everybody calm down.  Living in Ohio we should all be used to it by now.  No need to panic.

Jake and I are settled into our new apartment and loving it.  We have so much space now it's awesome.   I didn't realize how much stuff we had crammed into our old apartment until we started to box everything up.  We got a lot of things for our wedding and for Christmas so it's great having the extra storage.   We've been cruising around in our new ( Read more... )

 Sadness....I noticed this morning that my right earring was missing.  Jake got me diamond earrings for our one year anniversary.  Hopefully it is somewhere at the apartment.  If I can't find it I am pretty sure that we have them under warranty so I should get a replacement ( Read more... )

moving is a lot of work!  we spent quite a bit of time the last few weeks packing the boxes that need to be moved.  we have spent every single day this week loading the boxes into jake's truck and then unloading them into the new apartment.  now we've got to unpack all of the boxes that are sitting in the living room of our new apartment.  no fun!

I am officially done with college.  I took my last final yesterday afternoon.  No more school for me!  Well, no more school for me until I decide to go back to get my Masters.  It's actually kind of boring with no school.  I have nothing to work on.  I have no projects to get started on.  I have no papers to begin writing.  It's a little sad.  Not ( Read more... )

i had my bridal shower yesterday afternoon.  it was a very enjoyable time.  jake and i got some really nice stuff and people were very generous.  it's great knowing that people are willing to spend that kind of money on you.  it makes you feel pretty special!
