I didn't make time last night for my weekly reflection. Last week was much more of a failure than the 1st week. I didn't make it to the gym. I didn't go on a walk. I didn't really finish laundry or store winter clothes. But I did work on Kiwanis, reading, visiting dad, celebrating mother's day and planning Erica's birthday... so that's good. So it has been an interesting week trying to follow the prescription from last week. I succeeded at a lot, but truth be told... not everything.

Back to basics
It's been a rough month. I miss Toni. I feel the communal sense of loss shared by all who knew and loved her. Work feels somewhat foreign to me. I feel a strong need to find myself... for lack of any better phrasing. I am not sure of any other way to accomplish this other than to go back to the basics.
