I feel like I can't really be that intelligent about it until I watch it again without buffering. (I couldn't get the download link to work sadly. :( ) But I especially enjoyed the pacing, which was so perfectly in tune with the speed of the music, and the way you let it just open with that long shot of him approaching her under the viper at the beginning. Then also the lead up to the end and all the explosions (sob!) in the background of all his memories. Sigh.

Oh pilots, so fucked up and so beautiful. ♥♥♥

Gah I love this!! Oh my heart. The Lee POV was unexpected but totally worked. And I LOVED the editing - some really stunning cross-dissolves and overlays in there. And the ending was perfect. So glad you avoided the finale poof. *g* Awesome awesome work, will be rewatching this just as much as your other BSG Pink vids (which is to say, A LOT).

At first I was all 'oh, but it's Pink, it's so upbeat and cheery, LOL, not at all Lee-ish' and sure enough it started fun but then by the end you STILL MADE ME CRY. DAMN YOU!!! *hugs tight* I *swore* going into this that I would not tear up.

I did! I may *want* to be Kara, but the reality is I'm a Lee. ;D (Fortunately I can enjoy most of my pain vicariously through the real one.) I'm so glad you think I did ok with him. *g*

It was a very strange way to go about making the vid. Lee tried to take over a minute in, and I had to beg myself him to wait just a *little* longer. I enjoyed the idea of a song called "Who Knew" being hard to nail down at first, heh. Even if it meant not getting to lay his POV on quite as thick.
