Went and saw Henry Rollins tonight. It was ok. I'd say it was worth the $20. But he didn't really say anything spectacular. Actually it wasn't much different than what you'd hear me rant about if you let me ramble on uninterrupted for over 2hrs. Some friends know I'm capable. And I don't even have to pay them. One last look... So calm. I grabbed 2 tvs, 2 comp, stereo equipment, a few cds. And prayed. The ocean has given me so much. I suppose it is time to give back. What a fulfilling weekend. Saturday was non-stop from 8am to midnight, but it was full of stuff good for my head. One high point was getting to watch the tibetan monks creating a mantra out of colored sand by fine hand technique at the Menil. It will take them a week to complete it. Such patience.
