I bought some kefir today. I went through a sauerkraut and kefir phase last summer but it turns out I was eating kefir yoghurt which, after a few weeks, I got tired of shoving down my gob, and a person can only eat so much sauerkraut. Lining the attic really made a difference  to the bedroom temperature. Without attic insulation the room would be an icebox at around three or four in the morning, even waking me up with the cold.
