I'm so glad you've found a diet that helps! It sucks that it eliminates a bunch of delicious things... (I remember when I was first given a list of "foods to avoid" for my IBS, and it felt like I was left with stale bread and tepid water, and not much else!) As I've mentioned before, once I'd been on the diet long enough to clear up the symptoms, it allowed something-or-another to heal or strengthen, and I was able to go back to an unrestricted diet "within reason". Hopefully you'll find the same in short order! Good luck!

??? No Garlic or onions... what the heck!?!

What is wrong with garlic and onions? I can see not frying which is popular way to cook garlic and onions but I cant see what is wrong with garlic and onions raw or cooked with out frying.
