I glanced at my profile and noticed it's two years to the day since I updated my "current reading". I did not finish Joshua Ferris' Then We Came To The End. It was a decent read; I just felt like a fresh beginning. I'm now nearing the end of The Way It Was, the autobiography of Sir Stanley Matthews.

Back in June 2004, when I was visiting family in Perth, I walked by a road sign stating that Bute Drive, the street I was just leaving, was part of a "Traffic Oalming Scheme". Day four down of six of being on my tod while Liz is down in Massachusetts co-running the OTA summer camp she founded last year.

The sixth and final season of Leave It To Beaver begins today on TV Land. The final episode of season five aired on June 30, 1962, and today's episode was shown three months later.
