HELP ME, DAMNIT!

I put this song on a CD a few months ago, and I CANNOT remember the name of it! I should have written it down or something, but I didn't! The lyrics are kind of hard to understand, but the singer repeats "Holding hands and holding hearts" a lot. If anyone has an idea, PLEASE tell me!
