There is an incredibly old foreigner standing outside a card shop/garage in Domino. He's mumbling to himself, and leaning on his cane with both hands. This, alone, would not be all that unusual.

What makes it significantly more unusual is that he's wearing a Hawaiin shirt that's so bright and colorful, looking at it actually hurts your ears.
