So, as planned, I started Couch to 5k this morning. First session was basically 8 rounds of 60 seconds running and 90 seconds walking, with a short warmup and cooldown.
The running was fine. If anything, I'm so used to only doing 400 and 800 meter runs for Crossfit, I run rather than jog. Which is good, I guess, but I think I'm going even
