With a smile, Aspen followed the Doctor out of the TARDIS. She was thankful the the many layers she was wearing. All they lacked in mobility, they made up for with helping to keep her warm.

"Oh my god!" She practically squealed as she looked around. "We're really here, aren't we?"

"What, you think the scenery of twenty-first century London changed in less than an hour?" He arched an eyebrow and closed the door behind Aspen, locking it and sticking the key back in his pocket. He stood straight and sighed, giving her a glance.

"Did you eat lunch?"

Aspen couldn't believe it, it was almost as amazing as the "closet" had been. She was staring wide-eyed at everything and barely heard the Doctor when he asked about lunch. "Huh? Oh, no, no, I don't think I did. I was working all morning, and then... well, you know."

She looked at him before adding, "I'm not eating anything from Mrs. Lovett though."

"Aw, come on!" Yes, the Doctor was starting to whine. He looked at her the way a six-year-old girl does when she sees that her father has not gotten her a pony for her birthday. "That's what's so fun about it!"

And, apparently, the Doctor had no problems with cannibalism either, provided that it was all in good fun.

"Besides. You don't even know if she's come up with the idea yet. You don't even know if that's how it went down or not." He threw her a wink.
