The Fiat is back from service. Or at least that's what I should be saying. (Un)fortunately when we went to get the car I picked up a new problem which they didn't notice during the service - the main beam on the lights aren't working any more. Lose. So I may have possibly made a slight mistake in installing Final Fantasy VII with so many upcoming assignments and quizzes (I've never played it before, but have disc 1 and thought it would make good procrastination-ness). Today is the 92nd year since the start of the Armenian Genoicide and it also means that it has been 92 years of denial by the Turkish government. Ironically tomorrow is also 92 years since the Gallipolli landings. *sigh* People seem to only remember the Turks for "heroism" in defending their country on the western half, but no-one teaches them ( Read more... ) -

I hate people. People are such fucking morons. I've just spent the past two days doing surveying out in the middle of nowhere for some stupid course which no one cares about.
The things I learnt at surveying camp:- People are lazy
- People generally don't seem to have any idea as to what is going on for any of what is being taught

So I spent the weekend over in Canberra. Had quite a good time (...considering it's Canberra :P). The Auto-Italia festival was on so we took the Beta down. The drive was long and fairly uneventful. Ok, so my copy of Vista arrived in the mail today (at $30 for a legitimate copy, as if I wouldn't get it). Now, I need convincing as to if I want to keep XP for the time being, or switch over.
