Right then. I am now enrolled in the online program for the court reporting I was taking at the school. Some of the side effects of my NF bothered other students too much (i'd really rather not go into it. If you know what I'm refering to fine, if not, that's okay too). It's called the American Disabilities Act. They could be in serious violation of it. An ACLU lawyer would be a good phone call.

I'm sorry you're having to deal with the stupids. :/

If the school gets any federal funding (or even if it doesn't in some cases) this may well violate the American Disabilities Act. I agree with Kathy, a call to the ACLU wouldn't hurt. http://www.aclutx.org/contact.php

... is indeed your best course of action. They cannot, by law, do this to you and you have the right to sue. I would. This is bullshyte and sets back human rights.

*hugs* thanks, but I am content with the decision. I had time to sit and think, and not be just reacting on little sleep. I will take the online course, and I will kick ass, just as I was on campus, but now I can go to class nakkie if I want hehe.
