Congrats again on the job:) I only have one question, and that is...What the fuck is a broccoflower?
(I know you already described it. That's completely besides the point.)
I guess the real question is why you would want something that looks like cauilflower and tastes like broccoli when you can just pay for broccoli. Plus, I don't ever think I've even seen it in a grocery store (unless I'm overlooking it, since it supposedly looks like cauliflower). Then again I'm not a produce aisle junkie. I'll still have to investigate...

And they couldn't come up with a better name? Need to stop cross-breeding vegetables if they can't come up with better names for them.

Apparently it's a vegetable to debate.

I don't know.. I might buy it since I hate the texture of brocoli but the taste is fine... and cauliflower does have a bit of a smoother texture... still not a fav. veggie though. ^_^
