biked today... still in awe of now emi k biked up the big hill coming back from the beach.. even in my most fit days at 60 lbs less i don't think i could've ever done that..! i think my goal is to be able to bike to the beach and back without feeling wiped out.. so.. obviously trying to lose weight.. i want to do it right though.. eating ( Read more... )
