I agree. That reminds me of something.. how rich people are so uptight with their money and crap and people who don't have much are always willing to give it away. Pretty pathetic if you ask me.
i think thats pretty intense. i cant stand people who are rich snobs. you always find the best in someone even when u dont expect it. thats what i love about life. <3
that's so weird because tonight i was at this homeless shelter that i go to every week and they asked me to talk about my experience at the shelter, helping the kids with homework and parents with their infants and whatnot. they videotaped it so that they could somehow get people to donate more to the shelter so that these 15 or more families could live life a little bit more luxuriously...like having new books for the kids since all the ones they have are torn...and just generally making life a bit easier.
anyway, what i said in the video was very very similar to what you wrote.
so i just HAD to comment. (sorry it was so long, but hey, it could have been muuuuch longer.)
you're one of the most profoud, insightful people i've ever met and i love it you're so right about everything and you make me realize things i wouldn't ordinarily notice on my own reading your entries is always enjoyable =D

Don't know, maybe you need to hit the bottom to appreciate the top.

By all means, write me a story.
I would love to read it.
I think that is more than awesome that you volunteer for things like that.
I'm sure many people are thankful for it, too.
