Favorite single item: Quail Egg Shooters

Best meal I've ever had: escargot wrapped in friend garlic mashed potatoes and drizzled with a garlic butter, fresh greens with slices of prosciutto and goat chese with a light honey dressing, buffalo pepper steak in a strawberry demiglaze accompanied by most of a bottle of Cab Sav worth a several days at work, a slice of three layer cheescake garnished with various fresh fruit accompanied by a chilled Muscat with a sprig of peppermint. Mmmm... wish I could afford to go to The Ventana Room more than once a decade.
