I love angry customers at work. I especially like when they get mad about the return policy and ask to see the manager but not before they yell at me. I realy enjoy the fact that Christie told a little kid that the King Kong gorilla gets kids who yell in the store. the Scooper Bowl was the greatest day ever invented in Boston history. days dedicated to eating ice cream??  whoever thought of it was clearly reading everyones mind!

little kids in toys stores make me laugh. oh the number of silly and annoying stories I could tell people.
