No whistling, please!!!!

Our current office has very thin windows (old style) that allow every stinking sound out there to pass through. Unfortunately, one of these sounds is whistling

Awww, the man is just chipper and happy etc. You can't begrudge him that. It's the cheapskate architects you should be having a go at.
