OPA Friday, August 24, 2012 breakfast - 1 cup Cocoa Krispies with 2% milk, 2 1/2 cups coffee lunch - a few pieces of celery with peanut butter, salad dinner - home made turkey soup with noodles, beer snack - grapes
activity I rode the exercise bike 20 minutes and played with Riley
commentary I'm probably getting more exercise and eating less because of Riley, though I think she's finally starting to settle down a little tiny bit instead of being a total wild child.
3/4 c. Kashi Go Lean, 1/2 c. 1% milk, black coffee
Dinner
6 oz. salmon, 1/3 c. couscous, green salad, 1 glass white wine
I had a late breakfast and an early dinner, so I missed a meal. An old friend from high school and college called at about 7:00 and we were catching up for 5 hours! Does laughing count as exercise? I hope so . . . in any case, I'll be up late so I'll have a yogurt before bedtime. Good thing I had a very good dinner, and I drank a ton of water while we were chatting..
Yup . . . 3/4 c. Kashi Go Lean, 1/2 c. 1% milk, black coffee
Lunch
large green salad with 1/2 can Wild Planet tuna, minced red onion, 1 oz. feta, olive oil-lemon juice-dijon mustard-balsamic dressing; iced herb tea and an apple
Planned
Dinner
Barilla Plus thin spaghetti topped with sauteed zucchini with garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, fresh basil, 1 oz white wine, 3 T. grated parmesan, ginger spritzer
Snack
Liberte Passion Fruit Yogurt
Comments: Big time housework now -- I'm deep cleaning the main bathroom. Even broke out the steamer and pulled everything out of the cabinets and drawers. This could take a while . . .
