So, yeah, PhD viva was today...

It went pretty well actually, just under 2 hours of talking about space n stuff. I answered most things well enough, and just have a few minor corrections to do (add some stats, change the order of one section).

And now I is a Dr. :p *bounces*

I have a house! Bought! (subject to contract). Oooh the responsibility! So this week a friend has been introducing me to various internet sub-cultures, which I was apparantly not geeky enough to understand before (or now, in some cases). So, in the end I did have to go to the Astrobiology Conference in Budapest all on my own... I had a really good time over there, on the first day I met someone we work with based in Germany, and a few new people, 2 from Aberdeen University who work on stuff vaguely related to what I do, a guy from the Netherlands and an Americanised French lady.
