i find it a strange trend that i've spent 4 of the last 5 thanksgivings entirely isolated.for two years, i hung out in the dorms over this vacation, then i was in point reyes, then i was home, so i had thanksgiving with my  family, and this year, i'm in whiskeytown.granted, one year in the dorms my mom and grandparents visited a day or two later,
