A little while ago, vampiresetsuna requested that I gave her some Snape/Hermione fanfiction recommendations, and here they are. It's a long list of recommendations, which I have taken from the Snape/Hermione threads at White Flag; I compiled all the recs that I and my other fellow SS/HG 'shippers at the board had given over time

This is an awesome list of HGxSS fanfiction, I've been a fan of this ship for quite some time and have a fair few of the fics on the list over and over again. There are a few I haven't read though, so yay for new reading material!

However, I was looking forward to reading Grasping at Normality by Kaz again today only to find that it's no longer available on the internet! If you had a copy of it I'd appreciate it if you could email me one to me at paradise_jen@hotmail.com.

You know, up until a few minutes ago, I was going to tell you that I didn't have any clue what the fanfic's title might be, as its plot description didn't ring any bells for me (and so I probably never read it). But a happy coincidence just turned this around: shortly after reading your comment, I went to check out the fanfic recommendation that someone else (namely, gaskarthsjizzin) had given me (on January 23rd, just a day after your post!). After reading the first two chapters, I realised that that is exactly the story that you're looking for! :D

may i recommend 'Remember' by Snapes_Goddess?
It is a truly brilliant and amazing story, which captured me and has forever held a place in my heart.
It's a timetravel fic, with hermione accidentally going back in time to fall in love with a young severus snape. But what happens when she is sent back to the future?

Thank you for your recommendation, gaskarthsjizzin, we can always use more of those! :D I must say that I hadn't read that fanfic yet, so I'll give it a read when I have more time (and then, perhaps add it to the list along with more stories that have been mentioned in the comments here). HI! I was wondering if u could help me find a fic??? I can't for the life of me remember where I read it or the title of it.
I'm pretty sure it was a one-shot though.
I remember that Snape owns Hermione and she sneeks out to meet Ron. I think they were still fighting the war or something like that. Hermione gets caught sneaking back into Snape's house by Snape and he orders her to go wash off Ron's smell.
That night he comes to her and usually he gives her a potion for her to drink so she sleeps first or something like that but, this night he doesn't because he wants her to suffer for going to Ron. The next morning she wakes up and finds her fav. book next to her. I think it was "Pride and Prejudice" or maybe not but, I'm sure it was a classic......
It would be very nice if u could help if not just disregard this post!

I'm sorry to say that while it sounds interesting, this fanfic doesn't ring a bell for me. :( It seems like it might be one of those Marriage Law challenge fics, though, so you might want to go through the Marriage Law fanfics at Ashwinder:

If that doesn't yield anything useful, then the last thing I can recommend you, is to go to the LiveJournal communities snapeyluvshermy and hgxss. There, people regularly ask about fics that they can't remember the name of - and since both communities have over 600 members, the chance will be greater for you to find your fic there (rather than here, where you're asking only a single person about it).

It's not a marriage law fic I'm sure of that because she was a slave but, Thanks so much for referring me to the other LiveJournal HG/SS communities!!!!
I'm not a huge HG/SS shipper that's why I really had no idea where to really ask around.

Hopefully, someone may recognize it and I'll be sure to post back here as a REC!
