Happy Friday the Thirteenth!

You know how yesterday, it was 50 degrees?

TODAY IT SNOWED.

Humungous snowflakes, too.  Godzilla snowflakes.  If they were any bigger, they would have crushing chipmunks.  I'm explaining it to myself by the the fact that it's Friday the 13th.  Seriously, though, the world has gone insane.

Today it was 50 DEGREES.  In Chicago, in January.  Warm weather makes everything better... rather like peppermint patties.

One of my friends has a 5.1 GPA and she thinks it's "not bad".  It makes me sad, how much pressure she puts on herself.  How can that be anything but "fantastic"?

If f=finals and e=evil... then finals are bigger than evil.

To quote my history teacher:

"[How would I study] if I were you?  Well, I'd find religion, then pray to whichever god..."

Today was boring.  Mind-numbingly boring.

Maybe I wouldn't hate Winter Break so much if I could actually do stuff... like, hanging out with my friends, you know?  Window shopping...  seeing a movie... missing the bus walking home from the mall (which can be fun, especially when you're lacking in sanity like everyone I know).  But alas, it is not to be.

It's "Winter Break", and I wish I was in school.  We're decorating for Christmas, and I've had maybe two hours to myself over the past two days.  Our family has sooo much random holiday junk, and half of it's really heavy :( and my father gets to work, so (being the oldest) I ge tot do all the heavy lifting.
