you are beautiful the way you are, i know how bad it feels not being able to reach a goal. but give it time.... i still havent left the 158 1/2 area :( i love you bunches bunny and i would never think any different of you.
i saw you from the thin community and i have some questions about the challange.
so by staying within 400 calories a day you can lose like three pounds a day? or does exercise have to be taken into account. i'm interested in doing this. it sounds easy. what should i be expecting?
expect a headache at first if you arent used to restriction. you can lose anywhere from 1lb to 10lbs in 10 days. everyone is different. I exercise alot and I fast alot and I try and eat under 400 cal. I lost 8lbs in my 10 days and now Im going to fast and do it again. I like a 48 hour fast before I start cause it makes you greatful for any calories. good luck!!
