What a long, long, long day. I can't believe all thats gone on has just been in the last 12 hours. I knew my trip to Puna was going to be busy, but had no idea it would go to these extreams.... I finished a busy week of FEMA-ing, which is tiring, going door to door in really hot weather, and hearing lots of people telling me they are just fine.

man, those people jumping in were idiots, every last one. first rule of first aid: dont put yourself in danger. youre no help to anyone that way, and more people end up hurt or dead.
it sounds like your life i sgetting pretty damn interesting. right now i would love to go down there, if only to get rid of this 3 month-old cough. and of course the missing you. i will be thinking of your for solstice, my dear. im going to have a little fire here, since i cant be with the fam.
nick and i were fighting on and off for about a week and a 1/2. i think we might almost be made up, but she can be such an uncommunicative jerk sometimes. i feel totally weak though, i cant say no to her. the people she reminds me of most, at least in terms of how i feel around/about her, are you and archer. wierd, huh?
other than that, just cant wait for this month to be over. i miss summer.
