So in a little over 15 hours I will be getting on a plane and flying home to London for a week. My mother suffered another Transient Ischemic Attack (basically a mini-stroke) on Saturday, she is doing fine now, but I can not say the same of yours truly. So I bit the bullet and stumped up for a ticket home - I need to give my mum a hug!

So the move back to Chicago has been an up and down affair. I find myself in somewhat of an emotional and spirtual roolercoaster of late. I am of course extremely happy to be back in the city that I consider 'home', and I am enjoying seeing Owen grow very quickly into a comfortable and confident city kid.
