Ok so the subject title refers to the "diet" I'm on now, which is more like a healthy eating plan I should stick with forever. It's ok, I'm just not used to eating 5 to 6 meals daily. I mean I snack and whatnot, but this is crazy. *sigh* Oh well, I guess I will adjust ( Read more... )
