I said something similar in my own journal, but I swear there's one person in the credits of every show whose only job is to make sure there's always a pair of guys who relentlessly man-flirt with each other. XD
Aaaahhh I watched the whole thing in my dorm! I was wondering why he wasn't the main character too. o_O I thought that was kind of weird. And my roommates got a good laugh at the evil princess/witch/that lady having flying monkeys living in her bossom. XD
But yes, I noticed some slashy moments too, and that surprised me, since I usually don't pick up on that.

I'm watching this. I'm enjoying it. Alan Cumming is AMAZING as you can tell :D I love the girl that plays DG too, she was in weeds and she is pretty much always mentally insane and enjoyable.
I like her too, but I feel she has a harder time expressing the range of emotions DG expressed through the whole show. When she was supposed be emotional she came off rather flat. I dunno, she's great at being sarcastic and witty and smart, but being more emotional was harder for her.
